Patient Billing

To further assist patients with their dental care needs our office has direct billing with most Canadian insurance plans. Any patient payments are always due at the time service is rendered. For patients needing to make a payment we accept Visa and MasterCard (along with Debit, cash, or personal cheque). Please remember you are fully responsible for any portion your insurance doesn’t cover.

For patients waiting on approval for a treatment by insurance, most insurance companies will send you correspondence within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
