I researched online and found your website. Comparing with other sites, I chose Smiles Unlimited because of the presentation of the personnel and facilities. A “relaxation” room, what a concept. The complete package emphasized “Patient Care”.

I knew 8 years ago that my next step would be dentures; the option of implants was my choice even before I came for my first visit. After the evaluation and review of costs and procedures, Smiles Unlimited insisted I do not make my decision until AFTER I wore the temporary plate until my gums healed. The insistence that I be totally comfortable with my decision was always at the forefront. At no time did I feel pressured to go with implants.

From start to finish - my comfort, my questions, my concerns were priority! From the extraction, development of the final teeth, to the financial aspect, there were no surprises. (I even received a personal phone call the day after my extraction from Dr. Jin checking that I was okay!)

The biggest thing I have noticed is my readiness to smile! For years, I compressed my lips when smiling or put my hand in front of my face. Now, I don’t hesitate to show off my brand new teeth!

The pain is gone, it’s a pleasure to eat! I no longer view menus in restaurants for what will be soft enough for the loose teeth. Now my teeth feel like when I was in my teens and twenties – strong, solid, beautiful.
